This plan is a fully insured plan which is approved by the Department of Insurance in 50 states across the nation.

Enrollment

Our plan features "Auto - Enrollment" ,employees may choose to "opt out" if they wish. Minimum of 20 participants required.

Engagement

Enrolled employees are required to engage inside the mobile app monthly

When enrolled employees engage with any of the required health related activities they will receive a claim payment included in their paycheck..

Results

Claim payments are included on the paycheck through payroll and therefore engaged employees get all the benefits without experiencing a paycheck reduction.
